PARTICIPATION WAIVER
1. Sponsor
The How to Rob a Bank ATM Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Stellar Agency Inc. (“Sponsor”), in connection with the promotion of Amazon MGM Studios’ How to Rob a Bank.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older, excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island and and Tennessee. Employees, officers, directors and immediate family/household members of Sponsor, Amazon MGM Studios, participating cinemas and their respective agencies or promotional partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from October 28, 2026 through October 31, 2026 or while advertised prizes remain available. The Promotion will appear at times and locations determined by the Sponsor, which will provide clues to location shortly in advance of placement.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, movie theatre ticket, bank card, subscription, social-media engagement or other payment is required to participate or win.
5. How to Participate
- Visit whoshungryla.com via campaign social content or the QR code displayed at a participating ATM.
- Enter your name and valid email address.
- Read and affirmatively accept these Official Rules, Participation Waiver and Publicity Release.
- Once accepted, you will receive access to the current clue(s) and/or PIN.
Use the clue(s) to find the ATM, or scan the QR code if you encounter the ATM directly. Complete the entry process, including accepting the Official Rules and Participation Waiver, before receiving a PIN.
Submitting a PIN without completing the above entry process does not constitute a valid entry.
6. Prizes / Winner Determination
At each participating location, the prize pool will include ten (10) $100 cash prizes plus additional movie theater-supplied prizes, which may include movie tickets and concession vouchers. Theater-supplied prizes may vary by location.
Each eligible qualifying redemption will receive one available prize. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion. Once awarded, a prize is reserved for that participant.
Where a participant is awarded a theater-supplied prize, the voucher must be redeemed at the participating theater listed on the voucher during the applicable redemption period. Theater-supplied prizes have no cash equivalent and may not be exchanged for cash.
A PIN does not guarantee a prize. Once the prize pool at a location has been exhausted, no further prizes will be available there.
7. Filming and Publicity Release
By participating, you understand, acknowledge and agree that the Promotion and your participation are being photographed, filmed and recorded.
You grant Sponsor, Amazon MGM Studios and their respective agencies, licensees and assigns the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to record and use your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance and statements captured in connection with the Promotion for advertising, publicity, social media, editorial and promotional purposes, now known or later developed, in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You expressly release these parties from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with such use. Sponsor has no obligation to use any such recording.
Sponsor may request an additional written or electronic release following participation.
8. Safety / Participant Conduct
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Participants must obey all laws and exercise reasonable care when travelling to or approaching an ATM. Do not run into traffic, drive dangerously, trespass, enter restricted areas, interfere with other participants or engage in conduct that could endanger yourself or others.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who interferes with the Promotion, acts unsafely or attempts to circumvent these Rules.
9. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you release Sponsor, Amazon MGM Studios, participating venues and their respective affiliates, agencies, officers, employees and representatives from claims arising out of or connected with your voluntary participation in the Promotion, except where such release is prohibited by law.
10. Taxes
Any federal, state or local taxes applicable to a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will comply with any applicable tax-reporting obligations.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, award prizes and maintain records of participant consent, waiver and publicity release, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.stellar.agency/privacy-statement-stellar-agency-inc.
Recordings and other materials described in Publicity Release in Paragraph 7 above will be shared with Amazon MGM Studios, its agencies, affiliates, licensees and assigns for the purposes described in that paragraph..
12. Changes / Cancellation
Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion, or close a location early, where reasonably necessary because of safety, technical failure, venue requirements, circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control or other conditions that prevent the Promotion from operating as intended.
13. Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.
